Refund Policy – Spine & Soil
We want you to love your succulents and cactus arrangements! Because we sell live plants, all sales are final. However, we understand that things can happen in transit, and we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll review your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the situation)
Non-Refundable Items
All live plants are non-refundable
We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or natural variation in plants
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
