Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S., please contact us to see if special arrangements can be made.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Live Plant Guarantee
We carefully package all plants to ensure they arrive healthy. In rare cases of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Please note that delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues beyond our control.
Warm Weather Shipping
During hot weather, we include protective materials to prevent heat stress. Please track your shipment and bring it indoors as soon as possible upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at admin@spineandsoil.com and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
